This week was pretty good—I crossed something off my to do list that had been on there for 38 months! (Short version of the story is it was tabled during the pandemic, but I knew I would eventually have to return to it so it stayed on the list)

In May ‘23, Andrew Bedwell will attempt a world record Atlantic crossing in a 3.5-ft boat. The exercise physiologist side of me loves thinking and talking about the physical challenges humans survive. (This was a fun topic to discuss and I look forward to tracking his progress)
A 6-foot man is going to cross the Atlantic in a 3.5-foot boat. It's a risky trip that will be punishing on the body. Andrew Bedwell is stoked. @RobinKD @MelMarkofski neo.life/2022/11/big-man-lit…
