As much as I dislike Fuentes, he has a point here.
The reality is the we need immutable, ID linked blockchain voting systems.
The house and the Senate should still exist for clerical reasons but everything they vote on should also have a meocratic aspect that every day voters should vote on via the chain.
If a representative votes one way, but the constituency belonging to him votes the other way for that voting block, his vote gets weighed against.
Elections could easily be verified and fair as well. Fraud could get tona point to where the presence of it could be undeniable, and the absence of it as well.
