BTCC account UID ending in ...7cd
Approximately 7,800 USDT remains inaccessible after the account was suspended for what BTCC described as “abnormal activity”.
The account had previously passed KYC and withdrawals had previously been processed successfully.
I submitted a formal complaint to BTCC on August 19, 2026, asking BTCC to:
• identify the specific category of alleged abnormal/prohibited activity;
• identify the applicable rule or Terms provision;
• identify whether any specific amount is considered improper or disputed;
• distinguish any disputed amount from the remaining balance;
• explain how the undisputed funds can be withdrawn.
The 15-business-day complaints response period in BTCC's User Agreement has now expired.
So far, I have received only generic responses stating that the case has been forwarded to the relevant department and that Customer Support cannot provide the current status.
I am not asking BTCC to disclose confidential security algorithms or internal risk parameters.
I am asking for a substantive determination regarding my individual case and the status of my funds.
