🌍 Applications are now open for the 7th Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Course – A One Health Challenge!
From November 9–13, 2026, the @MerieuxFdn and @univ_paris_cite will bring together global experts and 40 selected participants at Les Pensières Center for Global Health in France for five days of deep learning, collaboration, and capacity building.
If you work in public health, AMR, One Health, policy, surveillance, animal health, agriculture, or environmental health, especially in low- and middle-income countries, this course is designed for you.

• Five days of immersive training aligned with WHO’s AMR Global Action Plan
• Interactive sessions with 35 international speakers

The Africa CDC West Africa Regional Coordinating Centre (WA RCC) participated in the Réseau Ouest Africain des Laboratoires (RESAOLAB) Phase 3 Closing Symposium in Dakar, Senegal.
The symposium reinforced the importance of regional coordination, cross-border data sharing, and interoperable laboratory and surveillance systems to strengthen preparedness, response, and AMR surveillance across West Africa.
