Due to a forecast of snow and ice accumulation (which may impact power, internet), HCPS schools and offices will be CLOSED on Friday, Feb. 12, 2021 for a real “snow day”. We’ll press pause on virtual and in-person learning. Employees: "Code Zero-zero-ey, uh!" (Watch the video...)

Donations to our school are currently being matched 50%! Our expanded school library project will help our children see themselves reflected in more stories and validate for them that their cultures and their identities matter. donorschoo.se/e/yPZQ492hP9

There will be no high stakes testing this year, and yet all over America educators have continued to teach and inspire their students online. I hope the powers that be realize we do what we do because we love children and not because a test is held over our heads.
