Fun week. Got my Architect (Tier 1) badge in the @arc community. And Mermail just showed up in @circle Alliance Program directory. We started @Mermailapp because AI agents kept hitting the same wall. They can plan, write and research, then get stuck the moment they need an inbox or a way to pay. That's still the conviction we build on every day: agents that finish the job, with their own identity and payments. Seeing the Circle and Arc community pay attention to that idea means a lot. Thank you to everyone there for the welcome. We'll keep shipping.

5 months ago, we started building @Mermailapp with one simple belief: AI agents need their own email to interact with the real world. Back then, many people told us it was a stupid idea. "Why would AI need email? Email is dead." We kept building anyway. Today, seeing Grok Bot launch its own email honestly makes me happy. Not because we were first, or because we were right. But because something we believed in, even when others didn’t, is now becoming real. We're still a small team with a long way to go. But moments like this remind me why we started. Sometimes, being a founder is just about believing in something before the world does. ❤️

Huge thanks to @SuperteamVN for such an amazing #RoadToColosseum event! 🙌 We learned so much and had the opportunity to pitch @Mermailapp, sharpen our story, and get valuable feedback from the community. Colosseum is just the start of our journey, and Superteam has helped bring our dream one step closer to reality. Grateful for all the support! 💜 #ProofOfBuild @solana

We made the shortlist for @solana @superteamvn Road to Colosseum Vietnam Demo Day 🇻🇳 Sunday 10:15, I'm pitching @Mermailapp: gives AI agents their own inbox and wallet to get things done luma.com/e5iu9t0h?tk=wHjiac #RoadToColosseum #ProofOfBuild

Yesterday at #RoadToColosseum, @jtchui_abroad from Hashgraph broke down the 3-minute founder pitch. Biggest takeaway: investors don't start with your tech or market size. They start with 6 questions. 🧵 #RoadToColosseum #ProofOfBuild

Pitched @Mermailapp to @JosipVolarevic2 at #RoadToColosseum last Wednesday. His feedback changed how we tell the story. v1 led with the tech: "inbox and wallet for agents." Clear, but it never said who has the problem. v2 leads with the problem. In Australia, one sales & marketing hire costs AU$105K+ a year. Most small teams can't afford that. An agent with its own inbox and wallet can take on that role: find leads, send emails, follow up, and pay for data along the way when needed. We also cut the vanity stats. Now the deck focuses on what actually matters to the audience. @superteamvn @solana #ProofOfBuild

5 days in Borneo. A lot of feedback, a lot of pitch roasting, and even more ideas for @Mermailapp. 🌴⚡ Just wrapped up Startup Village Borneo 2026 in Kuching, and one thing I really loved was how much we were challenged to rethink what we're building. I actually enjoyed having my pitch roasted 😅 Every question, challenge, and piece of feedback helped me sharpen the story behind Mermail and, more importantly, think deeper about the product itself. We also had the chance to get real feedback from experienced founders, investors, ecosystem leaders, and actual users. I came in with one roadmap and left with plenty of new ideas for where Mermail can go next. For us, Mermail is still early. We're building infrastructure that gives AI agents identity, communication, and payment capabilities so they can do real work for users. This week helped us see more clearly what matters, what needs improvement, and what we should build next. Huge thanks to @SuperteamMY, @socoe_s, @solana, @SolanaFndn, all the mentors, and every builder who challenged our thinking. And a special thank you to @SuperteamVN for sending us to Borneo and giving Mermail the opportunity to be part of this experience 🇻🇳❤️ Back to building Mermail. More exciting things are on the way! 🔥 #StartupVillageBorneo #SOLANA #SuperteamMY #SuperteamVN #SOCOE
