Just give us ONE good reason why she shouldn't be attending that event. She's clearly expressed her interest in going, yet you refused to let her, while others are free to attend? And one thing I've noticed is that every time there's an outside event, you somehow manage to keep her busy with a livestream. What a coincidence, right? If money is your ultimate goal, just say so. We'd be more than happy to make a charity donation to you (and trust me, I'm being polite here). STOP standing in the way of opportunities where she can shine, meet new people, build connections and grow beyond your little bubble. Isn't an organisation supposed to help its artists grow? Give them exposure, open doors for them and create opportunities? Their growth ultimately benefits your company too. That's how it SHOULD work. Then again, expecting fairness and actual artist development from your organisation might be asking for too much. Apparently, you know how to create opportunities for everyone else, but when it comes to her, suddenly you forget how artist management works. Truly a masterclass in incompetence👏
