我总结了一下他们是如何假装程序员、混进 Crypto 公司，然后盗取币圈公司资产的。
1. 先偷用美国、欧洲等地真实居民的身份，伪造简历、学历、工作经历和 LinkedIn 账号。
2. 面试时开 VPN，用 AI 换脸、实时回答工具，甚至找别人代面。公司寄出的电脑会送到美国境内的“笔记本农场”，再由当地协助者安装远程控制软件，让他们在海外操控电脑，而公司看到的设备和 IP 仍显示在美国。
3. 入职前期正常写代码、参加会议、按时交付，甚至同时给多家公司上班。这样既能拿工资，也能慢慢获得 GitHub、Slack、云服务器、部署系统和内部文档权限。
4. 权限增加后，他们会复制源代码、客户数据和钱包操作流程。碰到能接触部署、签名或转账系统的岗位，还可能篡改代码、劫持交易请求、转走公司资产。
5. 被发现或解雇后，有人会拿偷走的源码和数据勒索公司。
