"Clear for Landing," the art sculpture and working sundial in Hermitage Park has been restored! The sculpture serves as a memorial to honor the Americans involved with the tragic events of 911, using real aircraft wings to symbolize flight and loss.
The celebrationn of Mariposa Saturday was nothing short of magnificent! Danza Azteca Quetzalli and Mariachi Viva Mexico were mesmerizing!

Cornelia Fort Airpark in Shelby Bottoms is closed for maintenance and habitat restoration August 17 and 18th.
The segment of Richland Creek Greenway close to Knob Road trailhead and as marked on the exhibit will be closed from 8/24/26- 8/28/26 for repairs to the Boardwalk.
