I'm exiting my $7M ARR agency to make the riskiest bet of my life. I'm launching a unified API that lets any team run their entire GTM from inside Claude Code. For three years we ran outbound for hundreds B2B clients and generated more than $50M in revenue for them. Our best GTM engineers went from days to hours on the same campaigns just by writing a few lines to a coding agent. If you really think about it, any tool is a login screen wrapped around an API that does the actual work. Once you can call that API directly, a small team runs the plays that used to take a whole ops department. But a coding agent is only as good as what you feed it: the right GTM skills, real outbound best practices, your keys across a dozen tools, your internal context, and every SOP, winning angle, and past result you have. So we packaged all of it into one subscription that gives Claude Code the skills, the context, and the tools it needs. Inside Claude Code, you type one line: "Build a list of software CEOs in London, flag who's in buying mode, write three angles, and load it into my sequencer." That's it. 1. It pulls the list from the right database 2. Enriches emails and phone numbers 3. Reads buying intent across several APIs 4. Writes the angles with ColdIQ's own skills 5. And drops it all into your sequencing tool. One prompt, 40+ tools, each job routed to whoever does it best. I don't say "riskiest bet" lightly. But I've trusted this instinct before, and it's the reason any of this exists. Before ColdIQ I got fired from four jobs and failed at seven startups in a row, and lost $40,000 of my own savings. People still ask how I knew LinkedIn would be our channel. I didn't. I posted for a month and a half with zero leads, then one post booked me 25 meetings. I eventually got the whole team on it, and LinkedIn has since added $5M in ARR. The same instinct that made me double down on LinkedIn early tells me now that GTM is moving into the terminal, and I want to be the one building that layer. We're opening private beta today and hand-picking a small group of design partners. Once you're in, you get: - a three-hour onboarding with our GTM engineers - one of those sessions with me directly - access to our private community with the team on hand for your questions - a weekly live session where I build GTM campaigns alongside you. Everything we can do to help you stand up your own GTM operating system. If you're a GTM engineer, an agency, a B2B operator, or a data provider, I'd love to chat with you. Comment 'GTM' below, send me a DM, or book a call with me, and I'll show you what we've built.

Our outbound generated > $50M in revenue for hundreds of B2B clients. We turned the cold email templates that worked best into copywriting skills for Claude Code. And I'm giving them away for free. Here's how to build a full cold email campaign with them, start to finish: 1. Best customers first Start from the segment your best customers come from, then add 1-2 you have a feeling about. → Need more accounts like them? Feed a few paying clients into a lookalike tool like PredictLeads. 2. Their current setup's gap = your pitch Write down what they do today vs what you can do for them. → Get that gap down to one line, then reiterate it in every email. 3. ICP + buying situation > ICP alone - A job post mentioning the problem you solve - A team growing fast in the department you sell to - Bad reviews of a competitor (G2, if you sell software) - Followers of a competitor's company page - People engaging with a competitor's posts - Users of a tool with a known weak spot you fix → 1 angle = 1 campaign. Test as many as you can... then bombard the ICP + situation combo that works. 4. Get mailboxes warming early - Secondary domains + Google Workspace or Microsoft mailboxes - Warm them up in Instantly while you build the rest 5. Complete prompt > pretty prompt What you sell → who to target → where to find them → why now → what the email says → which sequencer to load it into. → With the copywriting skills in, Claude Code writes in a way that mimics our best campaigns. → I dictate mine with Aqua Voice. I think unstructured would work too, as long as nothing's missing. 6. Proof > claims Put your product to work inside the email, when you can. → e.g: run it on the prospect's own company, put the result in the email, then offer a free way to test it. Comment "SKILL" and I'll send them over.

Unpopular opinion: a harder signup raises your signup-to-paid rate. here's how to build the funnel around it: - start with his rule for the door: make signing up harder, so the people who get through are the ones who meant it - give them 14 days of everything, with no credit card - on day 15, drop them to a free plan that keeps the data tools and closes the sending - let anyone book a demo from the app, the pricing page or the onboarding emails - score every demo request on employees, sales reps and funding, all run through n8n - give the big accounts 45 minutes with a rep - put the small ones in a group demo of 7 to 20 people Your signup form is your first filter. Make it harder, and fill your funnel with paying customers.

Only 2% of our website visitors were booking meetings. So we built a workflow to go after the 98% who didn't: We identify our anonymous visitors add our LinkedIn post engagers, score the ICP fits into 3 tiers... and Tier 1 gets outreach the same day. Many interested prospects don't act on their first few visits. Some qualified leads never come back. ~330,000 people visited our site last year, from content (LinkedIn, YouTube), SEO (our blog & mini-tools) and paid ads (LinkedIn, Google, Meta). Anyone who books goes straight to a sales call. Here's what happens to everyone else (full map below): 1. Identify visitors & engagers We get the name, title & LinkedIn of our anonymous website visitors. In the US that goes down to the person (depends on the state). In the EU, company only. Then we add everyone who liked or commented on our LinkedIn posts. 2. Enrich every lead with ColdIQ's MCP For each one, we find out: - where they came from (an ad, a post, an outbound email) - how many people from their company showed up - title, company size, revenue, tech stack - which pages they visited, and how many times they came back - which posts they engaged with, and whether they commented or just liked 3. Drop anyone outside the ICP Students, competitors & job seekers are out before scoring starts. 4. Score the rest with Claude Tier 1: ICP fit + high intent. They engaged with a post AND visited the pricing page, came back, and several people from their company showed up. Tier 2: ICP fit, one visit or one engagement. Tier 3: partial fit, they browsed the blog. 5. Match the speed to the tier Tier 1 → Slack alert to the rep → outreach goes out the same day. Tiers 2 & 3 → slower cadence. Email goes through Instantly, LinkedIn through Expandi. Visitors get a message that never mentions the visit. Engagers get one that opens with the topic of the post they reacted to. 6. Nurture whoever doesn't book They go into our other marketing sequences & the newsletter on beehiiv. With the MCP, your post engagers were already a list you could target. Now your website visitors are too: Visitor ID is live in ColdIQ. Feel free to save the map :)

Best free setup for every stage of outbound, for anyone starting with $0: Pick the vertical: - Ask your agent which verticals are complaining on Reddit about what you sell - Keep the high-ticket ones with no engineering team Find the companies: - Pull public data only, in verticals where free data is clean - Tell the agent what junk looks like: spam traps, dead emails - Google Maps for local verticals like contractors and equipment rental Set up the agent: - Slack, so you talk to it like a teammate - Voice for the brief, you can only type so fast - Sonnet for the workhorse, Opus for the heavy jobs Everything above runs before you pay a single data tool.

Hard pill to swallow for anyone running cold email with AI: The highest ROI line in your campaign is the offer, and it's the one line nobody tests. Here's what to put in it: > Something free, with real value in it > Something intriguing enough that they want to reply > Something built around what they want from a cold email, tested until it lands > Plain copy around it. The offer does the work A good offer beats every AI line, Clay signal and Claude skill you can stack on top.

Cost to reach 10,000+ B2B prospects: Cold email: $500-$1,000 LinkedIn Ads: $750-$1,500 LinkedIn content: close to $0 But content is the slowest. Cold email brings leads within days of the first send. So it depends (sorry). Here's how to pick your first channel: (I ran GTM for ~300 B2B companies) 1. Cold email, when you need pipeline fast Use it to test your 'message-market fit', since you pick every single contact on the list. Sending too much from one inbox lands you in spam, so cap each inbox at 30 emails a day and add mailboxes with Hypertide to scale. A few platforms that help: ColdIQ's API for the data, Instantly or lemlist for sending. 2. LinkedIn content, when budget is tight Post 3-5x per week for your ICP, optimize your profile, and give it 3+ months before you judge it. For content, we use a few platforms such as Scripe & Notion. 3. LinkedIn Ads, when you have budget to test Every impression is paid, so it can burn budget very fast. It works best for high-ticket conversions. You need a creative that stops the scroll, a clear offer, and a landing page that matches the offer in the ad. We used Fibbler for our LinkedIn Ads attribution. For conversion tracking, I'd pick PostHog. Once you run 2 or 3 channels, they help each other. People who get your cold email check your profile, so your posts become the social proof behind the email... and the accounts that engage are the ones your ads should retarget. The setup for each channel is in the article 👇

My advice to every founder writing their own blog: let Claude copy the SEO of the blog that already ranks above you. 1. Give Claude the 3 blog pages that outrank yours 2. Ask it for everything they do for SEO → titles, structure, links, length 3. Add what you already know works 4. Save it all as 1 skill file, so Claude writes every post from it 5. Rerun it every quarter, so the file keeps up with whoever is winning Every post written from memory starts from 0 again. Your SEO skill file is non-negotiable. Act accordingly.

24 people on our team posted on LinkedIn using @PierreHerubel's playbook. In 85 days, that helped us sign 27 new clients & $151K in new MRR. We were clients of his agency at one point. It worked so well we took it in-house, and got him to teach the team too. I had him on my YouTube a few months ago to go through how he makes his posts. What I took from it: - A lot of his infographics are comparisons. B2B vs B2C, marketing vs sales lead systems, that kind of thing. He says "people love comparing stuff" and it helps them pick what's right for them - On the episode we started an outbound one live in Canva. We kept the wrong side super basic on purpose (send a lot of emails, ask for a demo in email 1, big list) because he wanted it really obvious that's the wrong way, and the right side was supposed to be the long technical stuff. We didn't finish it but you get the idea - Title as big as possible. People usually read the title, go top to bottom, and only read the caption if the graphic got them interested - He adds a small note on the graphic for context. On his 4 levels of B2B marketing one, it just says "most businesses start here". Most people skip strategy and go straight to tactics, that's the point of it - He guessed 60-70% of his posts start with a problem, agitate it, then give the fix. When he starts positive, he uses what he calls an "authority mark", like "I've been doing marketing for 10 years" - No "comment to get the guide" posts. He wants his profile to feel like a safe place to learn. I still run plenty of those haha so not following this one - Last one, probably the most true. He told us "you can have the best frameworks, best systems, but if people don't do it... the posts don't go live." For us the thing that made the team actually post was a quarterly competition with cash prizes (plus $500 for anyone who posted 20+ times in a quarter) He's back on X now and says he'll teach this stuff here. Go give him a follow 👇
My co-founder gave me 8 words of advice in January 2022. They've fueled 3 companies since, including one I sold. Here they are: "Pierre, you have things to say. Start posting." At the time, I had 2,000 LinkedIn followers and an agency that needed clients. Here's what happened next: My first job was at the Embassy of France in Thailand, as a communication advisor. Then I went freelance, traveling across islands while running ads and funnels for clients 10 hours a day. Later, my co-founder and I turned that into an agency. The first year of posting was slow. Some of my posts got 200 views. I posted again the next day. Then a post about ChatGPT went viral (February 2023). I could have become "the AI guy". I said no and stayed on B2B marketing. A few months later, I started drawing infographics. They became my unfair advantage (one of them reached 1.9M impressions). The agency went from $0 to $1M in 14 months. In September 2023, we sold it. I went solo with 50,000 followers. My first course came out of a single LinkedIn post. It made $270,000+. (Forbes even featured the business.) In 2025, I co-founded ContentPath. It's now at $1M ARR. Along the way: 40+ GTM and content systems installed, 500+ client posts published every month, and brands like lemlist and Semrush as clients. I've posted every day since 2022. 4 years later: >2,000 followers → 170,000 >35,000 newsletter subscribers >60M+ impressions >500+ marketing strategies audited On X, I'm back where I was in January 2022. So I'm taking my co-founder's advice again: start posting. Follow along, and I'll teach you how to: >Build a content strategy that books sales calls >Position your brand so buyers stop comparing you on price >Turn 1 insight into 20+ pieces of content (my 20/80 repurposing system) >Design infographics people save and share >Turn post engagement into warm conversations and clients >Plan your marketing backward from a revenue target >Get your whole team posting, the way we do it at ContentPath Let’s go.

Last year, I recorded a LinkedIn coaching session with Thibault (co-founder of For Digital Sakes). He was at ~3K followers. He's at 16K now (all his work haha!) So this time we worked on his outbound (inbound already works for him). His agency makes launch videos & marketing for hotels and tech brands, so we went after 3 types of companies: > hotels opening a new location in the next 3 to 18 months (the launch budget is already there) > tech companies whose launch flopped > competitors of companies that just launched I voice dictated each one to Claude Code (the hotel one got split in 2: big chains & boutique hotels)... and it found the leads, wrote the emails and built all 4 campaigns straight into @InstantlyAI. We'll film the results in 6-12 months. Here's the entire 76-min build 👇
