Roster Update:
We have claimed Chris Conlin (D), Patrick Morrison (D), Matt Knote (GK), Chase Yager (M) and Jake Naso (FO).
Additionally, defenseman Cole Kastner and SSDM Ricky Miezan have been placed on the holdout list.

Lot of moves for the Woods. They now have 8 poles on the active roster, and Owen Grant on PUP. Knote is good enough to steal the goalie job, and Yager is a very good SSDM. California did very well here.
They are now at the 30 player roster cap for camp.

As a kid, @JeffTrainor used to attend Cannons games.
Now, he’s scoring goals and getting dubs in a Cannons uniform.
What a full-circle moment for the Massachusetts native. 🥹👏

RIP to long time assistant Coach John Moon. Always in the background he was a big part of the growth of RMHS Lax. The Powerhouse ‘09 team was one of his favorites. Never forget those who paved the way.
