My beautiful, incredible mom passed away a few weeks ago. ❤️ Alzheimer’s took her memory, but not her kindness. She would be 94 years old today. Happiest of birthdays mom. We miss you.

For the first time in many, many months, my news feed is now dominated by news involving Kamala! Trump has taken a backseat, and even then, most of those are stories of what Trump fears most about Kamala! The momentum is growing quickly, and it feels so much easier to breathe! 💙
Of all the questionable algorithms here on X, I am wonderfully surprised in seeing my recent feeds filled with new aspiring authors, writers and editors sharing their stories of rejections and victories and courage and perseverance!! Keep writing and I’ll keep following!!

I just read the article “What Liberals Get Wrong About ‘White Rural Rage’-Almost Everything” by Nicholas F. Jacobs. I disagree/I’m a rural voter/I live and work here. There can be no authentic political discourse when my family/neighbors are influenced by constant misinformation.

What the heck is happening here? So, repeatedly, I get a dozen new followers overnight and as I check their profile to follow back, I see a number of them have hundreds, or even thousands of followers - BUT have only made 1-7 posts!! I block! Is this happening to anyone else?
I only need 144 followers to hit 3000. Although I have been quite active and always follow back (unless you’re a bot), it has remained elusive for a couple of months. Would love to connect with you and appreciate the support! 💙
