Looks like I am hibernating for two days.

Defence Secretary Wes Streeting says it's not just about the weather: "there are also state-backed actors and terrorists who wish to do our country harm and are looking to do that by disrupting life for ordinary citizens." He says "alert but not alarmed", and there's no "specific thing" in mind. Fair enough.
But if the threat is real enough to tell families to stockpile water, how about telling us who's protecting the water supply, the power grid and the borders?
