If the most out of depth, economically illiterate, treacherous and by far the worst Chancellor of my lifetime is saying this, then Britainโs future is best staying out of the EU.

Call It What You Like, Prime Minister. Reparations Are Reparations.
Andy Burnham says Britain will not pay reparations for slavery. Yet The Telegraph reports that his government is prepared to consider funding healthcare and education in African and Caribbean countries as redress for slavery. Does he think changing a payment's name changes its purpose? If taxpayers' money is committed to atone for slavery, it is reparatory spending, whatever label ministers attach to it. Burnham owes the country a straight answer, not another exercise in political smoke and mirrors.
The Prime Minister has also opened the door to a formal state apology. His stated position is that today's British people cannot be held personally responsible for acts committed centuries ago. Yet an apology made on behalf of the British state raises an obvious question about what responsibility is being acknowledged and what obligations might follow. Ministers cannot dismiss that concern.
Philip J Pierre, speaking for the Caribbean Community, has described an apology as an essential first step while rejecting Burnham's argument against reparations. Barbados's Mia Mottley has spoken of investment in healthcare and education. Antigua's Gaston Browne has maintained that disagreement over direct compensation should not prevent other forms of agreement. Their position is consistent: historical acknowledgement should lead to practical measures. Burnham's position is that financial reparations are excluded. Dialogue must confront that disagreement.
There is a wider historical question here. Eighteenth- and early nineteenth-century Britain was profoundly unequal. Most ordinary people possessed little wealth or political influence. Many endured poverty and harsh working conditions. They neither directed imperial policy nor controlled the fortunes accumulated through slavery. To discuss the responsibility of the British state is legitimate. To suggest that the descendants of those ordinary people inherit personal guilt and debt is another matter entirely.
Britain's involvement in the transatlantic slave trade was extensive and brutal. That history should be taught without evasion. So should Britain's subsequent abolition of the trade in 1807, emancipation in most of its colonies in 1833, and the Royal Navy's long campaign against slave trafficking. None of those achievements erases the suffering inflicted earlier. An account that neglects them is incomplete. A serious country should be capable of examining the whole record without turning history into an exercise in inherited national shame.
Britain is already struggling under an enormous national debt. Families are struggling to pay their bills, public services are under severe strain, and taxpayers are being asked to shoulder an ever-growing burden. Why contemplate further overseas spending to atone for events two centuries ago? The first duty of a British government is to the people it represents. Caribbean and African nations have their own governments, their own responsibilities and their own futures to build. Britain cannot be expected to finance them indefinitely, least of all under the guise of historical reparations.
A formal apology would not automatically establish legal liability, but it would carry political and diplomatic consequences. Burnham should therefore explain what an apology would mean, what it would exclude, and whether the proposed dialogue has any agreed endpoint. An open-ended process risks creating expectations no government can satisfy.
Britain owes its history an accurate account. It owes today's citizens honesty about the commitments made in their name. Burnham has ruled out reparations while reportedly considering financial measures linked to historical redress. Until he explains that apparent contradiction, his assurances will remain open to challenge.

A popular Palestinian Islamic preacher on Arab TV explained why they hate the West and want to destroy Europe, kill the men, and enslave white women and girls.
Sheikh Yousef Makharzah on Al-Waqiyah TV calls white Europeans a deadly disease and threat to humanity. He says white European non-Muslims enjoy too much freedom instead of Sharia and Islam. According to him, womenโs freedom is poison that drives them sexually insane. In Europe, many men, women, and girls rape dogs and farm animals because they lack Islam and Sharia law.
He calls womenโs rights a โlibertine, whoringโ civilization that dragged mankind into bestiality.
Listen to what they say when the West isnโt watching. The contempt is total. European women are fair game. Their freedom proves they need domination.

๐จ ISLAMIC BLASPHEMY LAW BY THE BACK DOOR ๐จ
Kellie-Jay Keen (@ThePosieParker) has been charged with a criminal offence over posts criticising Islam, Muslim cultural practices and Islamism.
The Free Speech Union is proud to be defending her.
In a free society, no religion or cultural practice should be immune from criticism.
Since Labour came to power, the number of FSU cases involving people penalised for criticising Islam has doubled. It is now the single biggest category in our casework.
And now, with a state-approved definition of Islamophobia โ rebranded as โanti-Muslim hostilityโ โ things are only getting worse.
On Tuesday, Prime Minister Andy Burnham and Communities Secretary Angela Rayner met Muslim community leaders in Downing Street. Burnham took a swipe at critics of Islam, saying โsome of the languageโ opposition parties use โis unacceptableโ, and told the leaders โwe need to find ways with you to demonstrate that more and moreโ.
We now await Raynerโs appointment of an โIslamophobia tsarโ who will help enforce the definition.
All five hand-picked members of the Working Group that drafted it have concerning links to Islamist organisations, as FSU Research and Policy Director @DavidRoseUK exposed in his report. We have little hope that the appointed tsar will be good news for free speech.
Meanwhile, the Government is refusing to say who submitted responses to the Working Group, so we cannot know which groups shaped the definition. Islamists may well have had a hand in its drafting.
Support the FSUโs campaign against an Islamic blasphemy law โ and the people penalised under it ๐

The Commonwealth is a relic of Empire, increasingly used as a vehicle for advancing white-guilt, while seeing Britain as a giant ATM to be tapped for reparations. When King Charles visits, member states behave like ambulance-chasing lawyers, out for compensation for which there is no conceivable justification. We should walk away.
My latest monologue.

Slavery was an evil in which people from every continent and region participated. We should be honest about the whole history, not select the parts that are politically convenient today, especially given Britain's leading role in ending the transatlantic slave trade.
If Caribbean countries are asking Britain for a formal apology for Britainโs role in the transatlantic slave trade, will they also be asking the same of the descendants of African kingdoms, rulers and merchants who captured, sold and profited from the trade?
On demands for reparations, whether through cash or debt relief, we have been down this track before. Twenty-five years ago, Jubilee 2000, Drop the Debt and Make Poverty History argued that cancelling the debts of poorer countries would give them a fresh start. More than $100 billion of debt was eventually written off, but many of those countries have since built up even bigger debts. Labour are already spending too much on Britain's welfare state, now is not the time for Andy Burnham to be providing global welfare.
There is no reason British taxpayers today should be held financially responsible for things that happened generations before any of us were born. And I have even less patience for political elites in commonwealth countries who donโt know how to make their own citizens prosperous now looking for another opportunity to blame Britain.
As Prime Minister, Andy Burnham should be Britainโs greatest defender. Instead, he is writing articles saying we need to confront our history (as if we haven't done enough of that) and considering another formal historical apology. Tony Blair already expressed Britainโs deep sorrow and regret for our role in the slave trade nearly twenty years ago. There is no need to do so again.
This is all another navel-gazing distraction. The Commonwealth should be looking forward, not endlessly backwards. That means economic partnerships to make us all richer and deeper military and security cooperation against common threats. If every Commonwealth summit becomes an exercise in presenting Britain with demands for cash then we need to start asking if it is worth the effort.

In 2005, Israel removed every Jew from Gaza and handed it over to the Palestinians โfor peace.โ
In 2006, Gazans elected Hamas.
One of the most popular Hamas figures, Miriam Farhat (Um Shahada), filmed herself sending her sons on Islamic suicide missions to murder Jews as โhuman sacrificesโ. She appeared on Hamas TV and celebrated when they โsucceeded.โ
She said she wished she had 100 sons to sacrifice the same way for Allah. This is why Israel built security barriers on its borders. Self-defense is not โapartheid.โ

If you are a misogynistic bully, Islam is the perfect cult for you to join...
Believe me, this is the normal everyday reality for the majority of Afghan women in this Muslim society. Almost every woman experiences this kind of treatment from her Muslim husband.
Their children are sitting right there, witnessing this abuse. They grow up learning that this behavior is normal, and they will repeat the same behavior when they become adults.
Women in Islam
This is true Islam
My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesnโt happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.
