Former .@MagruderFball coach and HOF member Roy Lester passed away today at 5 a.m. In 15 seasons, he oversaw the greatest era of Colonel football with a 108-50 record and two state championships. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Lester family during this difficult time.

Tune in on FS1 and look for QO alum Andrew Ankrah (#55) on the defensive side of the ball vs. the DC Defenders. Ankrah is averaging 2.0 sacks a game; tied with four others at 2nd most in the XFL through 4 games. Ankrah- a JMU alum- has stints with the NFL and AAF. #mocofb
