I’m using @bot all the time but I feel like I’m using it like a n00b.
Who’s the best follow for no nonsense info on how to use it best?
There are levels to wealth.
One I enjoy is having an extra car you can hand to a friend—clean, full of gas, no strings.
They need something to drive, reliable, bigger, for the weekend? Keys are theirs.
When it comes back low on fuel or a little dirty, it doesn’t matter. Them having a better weekend is the whole point.
What’s one way you like to give freely?
There’s 100 reasons why I don’t care for AirBNB.
This new rule that you can’t ask people to clean before they leave is no where near the top of the list.
Most don’t understand Airbnb’s new rules.
It’s less about making guests wash dishes or strip the beds.
It’s more about about stopping hosts from using their own rental agreement.
Airbnb’s standard terms were never sufficient and hosts carry essentially all the liability and operational risk. Airbnb doesn’t.
Add a 15%+ fee on top of that and it stops making economic sense for a lot of hosts.
The chore list is the headline. The real change is hosts losing more control while keeping the downside.
I’m genuinely puzzled by people who always pick Hotels over AirBNB.
Just stayed in a 4 bed house in Colorado Springs for the equivalent cost of staying in a Holiday Inn Express
We had a bonus room with games, foosball and a huge TV.
A main level with a full kitchen dining and living room room
A sauna and outdoor fire pit.
Gated parking.
Down the street from local downtown and not next to the highway.
All for the extra “cost” of throwing some dishes in the dishwasher and putting towels on the floor in the bathrooms?!?
It’s really a no-brainer.
Sometimes I wonder how awesome it would be to be in marketing.
Cooking up 🐂 💩 every day for the brand, to send the message or to inspire.
Ahhh, what a life.
It sucks, but just make the call to negotiate down your service.
I just cut my Internet bill in half for the next two years for the exact same service
Restaurant charged 3% for credit.
Used my @XMoney debit for no fee PLUS 3% back
That’s a $4.54 swing just by using debit over credit
Early retirement, here I come.
First @XMoney ATM withdrawal. Had an issue with my pin.
Opened the app, fixed my pin, and immediately was able to withdraw
What other bank could you fix that problem that quickly?
Still waiting on my IRS tax refund 6 months later.
Getting the 7% interest since day 45 is cool
Getting barraged with tax resolution “specialists” everyday is brutal.
I see why traditional banks keep customers.
Changing all the direct deposits, bill pay, transfers, etc is a whole project in itself.
Get that employee match on the 401k
Put some money in your ROTH
Put some money in a brokerage
Give yourself long term safety with short term flexibility.
This! Don’t let a probabilistic system produce deterministic results.
How do I say this...
You don't want to use AI when you can reduce something to a deterministic solution.
What do I mean?
You don't want to use AI to fill in fields in loan documents or operating agreements.
Instead you want to use AI to build the software that does it for you. And then you don't need the AI tool again for that task.
It's a subtle difference, but a really important one.
