What a day. I’ll remember this one for the rest of my life. The #Eagles are finally Super Bowl Champions. So glad I was able to share this moment with @ribbonman5. #FlyEaglesFly #SuperBowl #Champions – at Minnesota, USA
I'm obviously at an information deficit but from the outside it seems crazy that Jalen Hurts was allowed to play on Sunday.

Eagles with 172 yards of total offense -- their lowest total in a game in the last 12 YEARS (!!!).
68 net passing yards -- their lowest total in a regular-season game in the last 23 YEARS (!!!).
Nearly 3 years later and this remains the opportunity that was blown. It’s been death by a thousand cuts since then with a complete lack of creativity from the front office to address the same roster flaws year after year after year. #Phillies
The #Phillies really blew a huge opportunity. There will be major regret for a long time looking back at the ending of the 2023 season.
I always knew there would eventually be a documentary surrounding this long process era #Sixers. I just never thought we'd get one this way!
👑🏀📺 NEWS: LeBron James & ESPN are closing in on a major deal for a 'Last Dance'-esque documentary, The Athletic has learned.

In: LeBron James, Jaylen Brown, Dean Wade, Anfernee Simons, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, Ariel Hukporti, Laberon Philon.
Out: Paul George, Quentin Grimes, Kelly Oubre, Andre Drummond, Kyle Lowry, Trendon Watford, Johni Broome, Dalen Terry, ‘28 1st swap, ‘31 1st, three future 2nds.
LeBron James: $52,627,153 in salary last season. Vet minimum of $3,876,529 this season.
Anfernee Simons: $27,678,571 in salary last season. $6,000,000 in salary this season.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: $21,621,500 in salary last season. Vet minimum of $3,876,529 this season.
Combined those three made $101,927,224 in salary last season. They will make $13,753,058 combined this season. That’s one way to fix a roster! #Sixers
Honestly this is just so cool. I get that expectations will be sky high but I'm just going to enjoy watching one of the greatest players ever play for my favorite team. I get to get my 5-year old a #Sixers LeBron James jersey. It doesn't get much better.

The 1953 MLB All Star game is the last played without a player announced by Dan Baker at some point in his career.
Dan will call is 3rd All-Star game on Tuesday. Another amazing achievement unmatched by the host team’s announcer.

Why is this All Star Game returning to Philadelphia?
More than anything else, it's a tribute to one man - the remarkable, and much-missed, David Montgomery.
Please read this incredible piece from Tyler.
David Montgomery was the first person I ever knew in baseball, and I’ve never met anyone better. Honored to write this Sliders column about his final wish: an All-Star Game in Philly for the 250th.

The offer Quentin Grimes' former agent emphatically claimed the Sixers made last year: four years, $39 million. Sixers denied it, claiming there was never a formal offer because the gap was so large. Grimes played on $8.7 million qualifying offer last year, then changed agents.
.@JakeLFischer says on his B/R stream that he expects Quentin Grimes to sign a contract in the range of $10 million annually.

When @FWC26Philly told FIFA in 2021 that Philadelphia was the best sports city in the U.S., this is EXACTLY what we meant.
Replying to @FWC26Philly
@FWC26Philly says just under 55,000 people attended yesterday’s Fan Fest.
No other US Host City has exceeded 35,000 in one day and Philly has done that several times already. @FOX29philly
