“Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.” John 3:36 NIVUK What a staggering promise! What a sobering warning.

Is Jesus just a myth? Watch @GlenScrivener’s remarkable 90-second answer.
Reading Ez 9 AND Heb 10:31 reiterates for me today how very serious God is about justice and his holiness. (“It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.” Heb 10:31). His love demands it.

So, no wonder we find that linen man in the same chapter (Ex 9) marking out all for salvation who mourn and lament over the sins of God’s people. God is not looking for those who impress him with their righteousness but for those who grieve over sin!
An encouraging answer on the question of singing in churches in England from @sajidjavid I wonder what hymn he has in mind. @_JohnStevens @musicministryuk – at Beeston, England
