2. Payments: Partnerships & Global Coverage
We're working with 6 biggest payment providers and are in the process of finalizing partnership contracts, including distribution and go-to-market agreements.
Our focus is on broad coverage and partnerships with specialized local providers to deliver a seamless payment experience across Fiat-to-Crypto and Fiat-to-Fiat.
This includes:
Fiat on-ramps and off-ramps
P2P payments
Cross-border payments
And whole lot more!
At launch, we aim to support 100+ countries, covering major banks and local payment methods.
We're negotiating rates based on expected volumes while finalizing these partnerships. While we currently hold a basic license, we're also working on arrangements to share relevant VARA and MTL licenses with our partners, where applicable.
This phase involves extensive compliance and regulatory work. We'll share updates as we make progress.

We're automating the robinhood:0xaa5751ff3fb61e613993b2eb4eab1fce017081fc buyback and burn process, with five chains already automated.

昨天 @Hyperdex_app 团队在MCG Signal 访谈中，提到正在做第四个产品桶（TradFi bucket），核心目标是打通传统金融与链上生态，实现法币即时支付能力，并逐步向“消费级银行”愿景靠近。
用户可以用银行卡、Apple Pay、Google Pay、Visa/Mastercard 等把法币换成 USDC 或其他稳定币，从而直接进入 Hyperdex 的代币化资产（RWA）交易与生态中。大大降低了普通用户进入 RWA 市场的门槛。
后续还会涉及牌照相关事宜。因为平台一直强调非托管（不持有用户资金），所以 Payments 大概率是对接第三方合规入金服务商（类似 MoonPay、Transak 这类），或自建/合作的合规通道，而不是 Hyperdex 自己托管资金。不过相比于其他dex平台，Hyperdex已经领先很多多，不断在扩大竞争优势。

1. 核心问题与定位
当前代币化股票（Ondo、Backpack、xStocks 等）和永续（Hyperliquid、Lighter、Ondo）流动性高度碎片化，同一资产在不同平台费率、深度、结构都不一样，用户需要切换平台交易
HyperDEX 的定位是做一个统一层，不自己持有流动性，而是把股票、永续、Swap/跨链桥聚合到一个界面，通过智能路由帮用户拿到最优价格和执行
2. 产品能力
• 统一订单簿：最佳价格每 20 秒刷新
• 大单拆分（即将上线），例如 500 BTC 可拆到多个交易所成交
• 资金费率套利（已上线）：同一资产在多交易所一键多空对冲
• 支持 Shielded Swap（Zcash 底层，已上线）
• 费率已从初期 10 bps 降至目前 2–5 bps，部分合作方有独家费率（别人可抄路由，但抄不到这个费率）
3. 数据与进展（截至直播时）
• Swap + 跨链桥上线约 10 天，可追踪交易量约 150 万美元，日均 5–7 万美元
