Kinda crazy that OpenAI created this revolutionary product and they just.... don't know what to do with it? Kind of throwing money left and right, no real vision they are sticking to

Had one of the worst @Airbnb stays of my life, unable to get into the unit for hours, problems coming in and out, refunded our stay. And the review gets removed. What a joke.
Never fly @airfrance. Luggage went missing, was delivered a month after the trip ended, valuable items stolen straight out of the bag, not even the trip expenses were fully reimbursed. Now they won't even reply to emails. Terrible way to treat someone and I have status.
People have been saying STEM fields are the one to major in to get good jobs for 10+ yrs.
But now that o3 has solved those skills, it'll be the ones that can clearly communicate what they need to a computer that get ahead.

This proves my point completely
If you would have invested the same amount in the S&P500 in February of 2021
You would have now appreciated by 60% vs just 15% on your home
That home appreciated just 4% per year!
The only argument left for such a mediocre investment is medium-income people can borrow way more than they ever could regularly when buying a house
Replying to @levelsio
Feb 2021, hard to say exactly what I’d get now but prob about 15-20% appreciation. This was when mortgage rates were very low too.
