So 48 hours have passed since you asked me to DM you @NandosUK about my appailing experience, but not a single response. Not even a holding / thank you, absolutly nothing. Customer services as good as your Restaurant service. Disgraceful way to conduct a business – at South East, England
1/2 Appauling customer service @NandosUK Lakeside. Food that was presented at the table was incorrect. When I tried to change order was told refund on my order will take 10 days on my card. The returned chips (4 portions) and rice all not ordered were then manhandled and tipped – at Grays, East
