Today’s action from BLM, reversing the Biden Conservation and Landscape and Health rule, is a welcome change that reinstates the balance of federal land use intended by Congress and the law, ensuring that responsible natural resource development, recreation and more, can be evaluated fairly and proceed as appropriate.
