Lunchtime musings- remembering Derek Underwood @ECB_cricket bowling his deadly line and length, that was barely visible on the then black and white television. Left arm orthodox, he was as similar to Bedi @BCCI, another master of the same clan, as Kumble perhaps was to Warne 1/2

Amidst months of hopelessness from global conflicts affecting local communities, a sobering week, a very consuming day at work, it was as much a privilege as it was therapeutic observing Lent by painting an Easter Egg with colleagues at @SwanseaUniSU 1/3
.. and later attending, immersing and chanting in the ‘Hope is a Decision’ event with the local Swansea Buddhist community at @sgiuk #humanrevolution #transformationofinnerlives 2/3
.. finally observing #Ramadan, breaking fast at Iftar with Muslim & Interfaith community at the UK Dialogue Society - all in a day and half! #UnityAndPeace
Now can’t wait for the Holi festival for a bit of colour and splash with the local Hindu and Indian community 3/3
Last day of the season ended on a winning note, with my team, Morriston Hospital, winning the quadrangular @ynystawe_ycc first beating Withybush GH and then overcoming Singleton Hospital, who had earlier beaten GP XI, in the final on what finally was a delayed Indian Summer day
