Cancun Airport has barely any power stations, and the floor tiles are full of cracks. Yet, if you want a bag of Goldfish crackers, for example, that’s going to cost you $11. I have never seen prices this outrageous, and I travel through JFK all the time 😐
This resort where I’m staying in Mexico has a show built around this concept: the performers and songs change on stage every 30–60 seconds. It perfectly captures the world we live in - one dopamine hit after another & short attention spans.
We are not built for this shallowness.

Koliko je energije ulozeno u poslednje dve godine, bukvalno to treba imati na umu jer sad tek mora da se potegne da se rascisti kriminal, organizuju sudjenja (sve ste dokumentovali tokom protesta) i onda odluci kojim putem zemlja zeli da ide (nadam se ne istok ali izbor je vas).
A French couple passed by me in the resort today and I heard them talk and realized those 90 streak days I collected on Duolingo meant nothing 😭
I don’t know if I can ever have a vacation without being bombarded constantly with review requests. Like, seriously people - day 1 and I already have two requests along with follow ups! I’m here to rest, not to write reviews.
LaGuardia was a breeze this morning. I arrived at the airport an hour and a half before my flight and passed through security in 10 minutes. No chaos, no crowds, everything clean, plus a breeze security check. I like how they renovated it.
One of the best movie scenes. It explains how people prone to self-sabotage and victim mentality affect those close to them. It’s important to understand that you can’t fix them and you can’t help them. It’s best to let them go if you want to protect your peace.

Nisam religiozna, ali nema problem sa tim da je neko vernik i što se mene tiče može da veruje da stonoge vladaju nama s neba, ako je to način da umiriš sebe i bolje preživiš život, ja s tim problem nemam. I nemam problem da je nekom u životu važna tradicija, meni je bitno da 6/7
