I listened to people who advised me to leave my marriage, and today, I blame them for the life I am living. My husband would leave for work as early as 4 a.m., and I would also go to work. We would both come home tired, but whenever my husband returned, he would beat me blue-black before having sex with me. I got tired of living like that, so I started seeking advice from people. They told me to leave, and I listened to them. Now, I am a single mother, and the suffering is too much for me. I am tired. I honestly don't know how much longer I can keep going like this. If I had known that life would become this difficult, maybe I would never have listened to the people who advised me to leave my husband. That is why I believe people who advise women to leave their marriages are unfortunate. No matter what your husband does to you, even if he beats you blue-black, don't leave your marriage. The same people I ran to for advice are the people I blame for the situation I find myself in today. Please, I need help. I can't continue like this anymore. But what's the meaning of those pata you hang on the wall??
