Off duty cop assaults Black driver for FedEx—threatens with gun. 7 police officers & K-9 unit all came to support their buddy. Cops said it wasn't a crime because man "just said he was going to shoot you." But didn't actually "point the gun." Man was upset because he "didn't like the way the driver picked up his shipping case."
