LMM proves surface quality in metal AM with Ra value of down to 2µm after sintering (w/o surface treatment). We're using electropolishing technology to attain Ra values as low as 0.07µm. Imagine surfaces so smooth & shiny, they rival those produced by traditional manufacturing!

Wonderful to collaborate with Huaizhong Xu from Kyoto Institute of Technology on designing more complex MEW scaffolds. There is a mesoscale pallet that we are yet to properly paint with. Exciting! doi.org/10.1002/admt.2021016…

This complex part was printed with stainless steel and no build support was needed to connect the parts to the building platform. The part was printed as an assembled system and remained fully flexible after sintering.
