@MoleculeOne To polski startup biotechnologiczny z siedzibą w Warszawie i własnym laboratorium w Dziekanowie Leśnym. Łączy modele AI, zautomatyzowane eksperymenty i dane chemiczne, żeby szybciej projektować i syntezować nowe związki.

Really interesting work by @janhjensen @caspersteinmann finding highly docking and synthetically accessible molecules. bit.ly/35nFu4T Optimizing de novo docking score seems to be an increasingly promising avenue! Happy that Molecule.one could help a bit :)

It was our great pleasure to welcome this year's Manage&More by @utum_muc Scholars in Warsaw. We had a lively discussion about the (Polish) startup landscape. Many thoughtful questions form the students! Piotr Byrski from @MoleculeOne also joined us virtually, which was great.

As put by @cwcoley et al 'The current evaluations for generative models do not reflect the complexity of real discovery problems'. We propose a new benchmark. The goal is to generate compounds highly scored by a docker. We found it is very challenging for 2 popular models 🧐.
