This is one of those video clips on 9/11 that I honestly can’t believe I haven’t seen before.
Some of the closest known footage of the south tower collapsing, on a camera he just bought off a pedestrian a few minutes prior.
If you pause at 18 seconds you can see an entire piece of the south facing facade still intact barreling towards the ground.
Truly astonishing footage.
A couple hours later, still covered in debris and ash, he went into the NBC studio to tell his story. I’ll post that footage next.
