أعلنت "بينانس"، أكبر منصة لتداول العملات المشفرة في العالم، السبت رحيل مديرها المالي كايزر نج بعد أكثر من 5 سنوات في الشركة، على أن يخلفه جاستن ييك القادم من شركة التقنية المالية “Airwallex”. وقالت الرئيسة التنفيذية المشاركة يي هي إن نج قرر خوض مشروع جديد، وإن خطة انتقالية بدأت قبل 6 أشهر. ويأتي الإعلان بعد نحو أسبوع من سرقة متسللين أصولا رقمية بقيمة 6.3 مليار دولار من المنصة في 29 أكتوبر، في ما وصفته شركة التحليلات “Elliptic” بأنه على الأرجح أكبر سرقة معروفة من أي نوع. وبلغ صافي سحوبات العملاء منذ استئناف السحب في 1 نوفمبر نحو 4.72 مليار دولار، أي نحو 3% من الأصول على المنصة، مقابل إيداعات بنحو 2.7 مليار دولار. وتعهدت "بينانس" بتغطية الخسائر كاملة.

جمعت "أوبن إيه آي" نحو 11 مليار دولار في المرحلة الأولى من جولة تمويل جديدة تقدر قيمتها بـ1.25 تريليون دولار، وفق ما نقلته "بلومبرغ" عن مصادر مطلعة، على أن تكتمل الجولة خلال الأسابيع المقبلة وقد يصل حجمها الإجمالي إلى 20 مليار دولار. ويتجاوز التقييم الجديد 852 مليار دولار سجلتها الشركة في جولة مارس الماضي، لكنه يبقى دون 1.4 تريليون دولار كانت تستهدفها في البداية، بعدما خفضت طموحاتها مع تراجع أسهم الذكاء الاصطناعي وتزايد المخاوف بشأن الإنفاق على مراكز البيانات. ويشارك في الجولة “SoftBank” و"Sequoia Capital" و"Andreessen Horowitz"، إلى جانب تحالف من مستثمرين إماراتيين. المصدر: "بلومبرغ"
