Our ABA therapist sent us this message last week. The monkey made a connection to another little boy. And that in itself is impressive.
But asking for him? Well, that's huge! ❤️
I was placing an order on Etsy today. I wanted it customized. And everytime the vendor would send me the proof, I'd reply that there was a grammar error. She would fix it and then another error.

The monkey got very upset at me this morning and poured my coffee into the sink. 😄 I sat him down and told him he was in time out, no iPad. He cried. We talked about what he did & it's not ok.
He came over & kept saying he was sorry. I caught one of those times on video. ❤️
On this month of April, let's remember to be kind to those that are different. To be patient to those that may need help. And to be kind to others.
Increased awareness leads to acceptance. Increased acceptance leads to understanding.
