Our 6thAnniversary Party is one week away on Friday Oct. 23rd! We're tapping a new DDH Hazy IPA and Barrel Aged Stout collab with our friends at Jukes Aleworks. We’ll also be serving our Green Pork Chili Smothered Tamale food special in addition to our normal menu.

In case you missed it yesterday, we have a delicious food special available thru Friday: Bacon Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese – Roasted jalapeno cream cheese, smoked bacon, pickled onions, and cheddar cheese on white bread grilled on the panini press. Served with kettle chips.

Our favorite fall seasonal German style Vienna Lager, The Rational Consumer, is back on tap today! The only rational choice is to stop down today for a pint or three! We're also serving a Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese food special starting today, until they run out!

Our 6 Year Anniversary Party coming up on Friday October 23rd, we thought we’d bring one of our favorites back from our first year! Fruity Kettles – Blackberry Peach – 4.9% abv - This kettle soured gose is a purple hued brew with fresh blackberry and peach purée.

We brewed our Belgian Golden Strong Ale, It’s About Tami, about a year ago with our good friend and taproom regular Tami. It’s a beer that ages beautifully, so we held back the final keg for the right moment, and today’s the day! The taproom and patio open at 3 p.m.

We heard a rumor that they’re bringing the red balloons back at the Nebraska game to release when we score our first touchdown! You can take part in the celebration at home with a 4 pack of our Red Balloons Kolsch. Crack one of those bad boys open to celebrate! Open at noon!

We have a brand-new Juice City Session for you today! Pro tip: it pairs perfectly with our Beer Cheese Burger! Introducing: Juice City – Galactic Dolcita – 5.4% abv – This Session Hazy IPA features Galaxy and Dolcita hops which gives it flavors and aromas of tropical fruit.

Guess who’s back, back again? Espresso’s back, tell a friend! Espresso Self – 5.4% abv - Brewed with friend and home brewer Justin Cadwell. We took our German style Kolsch and added Costa Rican Las Lajas coffee beans from the Rally Coffee in Omaha, vanilla beans and hazelnut.

We have a delicious new wrap on the menu that's best enjoyed with Zipper Merge Hazy IPA! Southwest Chicken Wrap – Fajita chicken, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, southwest ranch, black bean + corn salsa, and crispy tortilla strips wrapped in a jalapeno cheddar tortilla.

New Beer Alert! On tap now: Hopenhoser – 5.4% abv - We had our friend and local sports talk radio host, Nick Handley, in the house to brew this West Coast Pale Ale. The blend of classic citrus forward hops will have you feeling like the rookie of the year! Open at 3pm!

Today is Shane and Todd’s Watch Party for the big game! Doors open at 10:30am. It’s been tradition to release Red Balloons after the first score. When we score our first touchdown, everyone in attendance will get a pint of Red Balloons Kolsch for just one penny to celebrate!

Today is our Oktoberfest Party from 3-10pm! We'll have our Oktoberfest, Festbier, Hefeweizen, and Red Balloons German style beers on tap + Giant Pretzels 🥨with whole grain aioli + beer cheese, and smoked German brats 🌭w/kraut & whole grain aioli (in addition to normal menu)

Our Shandy season closeout series continues today with a freshly tapped keg of perhaps our most popular variant this summer – Peach Shandy! On tap now: Peach Shandy - Our Monolithic Shandy base made with fresh lemon zest, hand juiced lemons, lemonade and fresh peach puree.

Next Saturday September 4th is the first big local college football game of the year, and Shane and Todd are having a watch party in the taproom for the game starting at 10:30am! After the first score, everyone in attendance will get a pour of Red Balloons Kolsch for one penny!

Next Friday Sept. 4this our Oktoberfest Release Party at 3pm! Our Head Brewer Shane will be giving out sneak peek samples of our Oktoberfest and Festbier in the taproom tonight from 3-7pm. The only catch - you just have to ask him! Stop down tonight and hit Shane up for samples

We have a fresh Shandy variant on tap now! Strawberry Banana Shandy – 4.7% abv - Our Monolithic Lemon Shandy with hand-zested and juiced lemons, lemonade, and strawberry/banana puree. Due to limited quantities this one is in-house pours only – crowlers are not available.
