Congratulations to Darnell Hill who had 2 Personal records yesterday, going 5-10 in the high jump (1st on Staten Island) and 40-3 1/2 (2nd behind Chris) in the triple jump!

Couldn’t be prouder of the team’s results at Manhattan! 100% of you with personal bests and 100% of you still saying you had more to give. Big shout out to Darnell Hill … 3 minute, 20 second PRs don’t come around very often but it also doesn’t surprise me at all. Keep working!

Congrats to our XC team, particularly the freshmen! Girls take 4th as a team led by Sophia Noto and Sophia Ferguson. Dhilan Branam takes 23rd in his first high school race. Great start to the season!

No practice Thursday as we have a meet on Friday. Reminder All non freshmen need to get in the medical forms by Friday’s meet. Bus leaves 2:00 on Friday. Everybody needs to inform their last period teacher that you won’t be there.
