The @themutualfun brings a different idea to crypto. Shared capital, community votes and onchain Seats It will work like a small mutual fund that people run together. Created by @Kingpickle , it has 4,001 Seats. One is never sold and the other 4,000 are split into five groups of 800. Each Seat does a few things: - It has a small pixel picture stored on the blockchain. - It puts you in one of the five funds. - Once it is enrolled, you can vote each week on what the fund buys and share in any profits - Every 13 weeks you can vote on whether the fund should keep going. - Dividends go into a wallet attached to the Seat. If you sell the Seat, that wallet goes with it. If you own a Seat, activate it with $TMF and lets goo Here’s how it works: - To get seats, you need to use a special Pass. - One Pass lets you mint two Seats for 0.02 ETH total. - Mint proceeds go into the groups, not to the team. - Passes are soulbound and non-transferable. No Pass? You can buy seats with $TMF on the project’s marketplace or on secondary markets. $TMF has a fixed supply and no more can be made, and the team does not keep any. Half of each activation payment is burned and the other half goes into the fund. Paying more increases your share. Two Seats can merge into one stronger Seat, permanently reducing the Seat supply.
