There’s no denying it: the American economy is doing very well.
There’s no denying it: regular Americans are feeling a pinch in their wallets. Gas is too expensive. Groceries crush regular families. And “affordability” is no hoax.
Let’s find a way to have everyone feel the success. That’s the real challenge.

A great message from @FrankLaRose!
Ohio's top Republican vote-getter has a blunt message for his own party: stop telling voters what you're against and start telling them what you're for.
Frank LaRose won the state auditor race Tuesday with over 2.3 million votes, easily outpacing every other GOP candidate on the ballot, including gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy and Sen. Jon Husted. Yet even as LaRose dominated, Republicans across Ohio struggled, and he says the reason is clear: the party lost its constructive message.
"We're the party that stands for human freedom, that idea that we're endowed by our Creator with rights, those don't come from government," LaRose told Fox News Digital.
He also has a warning for Democrats who won their races: Ohio's voter ID measure sailed through with over 65% support, proof that Republican policies remain popular even when candidates falter.

I spoke with Governor-Elect @AmyActonOH and wished her team well on a successful transition to the new administration. I also congratulated her on a hard-fought victory. My staff is also working alongside Secretary-Elect @Russo4Ohio's team to facilitate a smooth transition to the Secretary of State’s office. We look forward to working together in the best interests of all Ohioans.
I also received a gracious call from my opponent, @AnnetteForOhio. I thanked her for a civil campaign and wished her the best in her continued service to the people of Maple Heights.
I offer my best wishes to every candidate who won in Tuesday’s election. While I hoped for a different outcome in many contests, all of us should work toward mutual success and civility. The majority of voters asked for a bipartisan government and a system of checks and balances. As Auditor of State, we’ll meet that challenge by providing independent oversight that protects your tax dollars and holds politicians accountable, regardless of party or politics.

Republican policies delivered record high average wages, the lowest poverty rates in my lifetime, the lowest taxes for working Americans, and more Americans are working than at any point in US history.
I’ll work with Democrats to keep this winning streak going for the American people, but if they try to destroy this progress, I’ll fight like hell. Hopeful for the first scenario, expecting the second. We shall see.

Economists had predicted just 65,000 new jobs after a sluggish September, when employers added only 29,000.
