My dad saved $80,000 by never upgrading anything. Same couch for 25 years. Same car until it had 280,000 miles. Never took a real vacation, "next year" always came first.
Had a heart attack at 61. Never made it to retirement.
The $80,000 paid for his funeral and split three ways after that.
He worked every single day of his healthy years to save for years he never got to have.
Nobody tells you the math can end like that too.

Nobody warns you about this when you start working:
The raise you get every year isn’t a raise.
It’s a rent increase, a grocery increase, and an insurance increase wearing a costume.
You get 3%.
Rent goes up 8%.
Groceries go up 5%.
Insurance goes up 10%.
So you “got a raise” and somehow ended up poorer.
They don’t pay you more. They just change the number so it looks like they did.

Degenz, we're expanding across different platforms!
Continuing to grow the Digit Degenz ecosystem and bring our community to more places.
One community, multiple platforms and One vision.
Showing up consistently and staying grateful really shows you how far you can go in life.
Glad to be part of the Degenz community. We've been putting in the work behind the scenes, and there's so much more coming this year and into next year.
I'm beyond ready for what's ahead. We're just getting started.

IT'S OFFICIAL.
Our first-ever Digit Degenz bot is now on the Discord Discovery tab.
What started behind the scenes is officially coming to life. We're building, upgrading, and bringing more utility to the Degenz community.
This is only the beginning.
Digit Degenz is evolving.
Hot take: being poor is expensive, and nobody talks about it.
Can’t afford first and last month’s rent? Pay a higher deposit and a fee.
Can’t afford the car upfront? Pay thousands more in interest.
Can’t afford to buy in bulk? Pay more per unit, every single time.
Can’t keep $1,500 in your checking account? Pay a monthly maintenance fee.
The less money you have, the more everything costs.
That’s not a lack of discipline. That’s a system that charges you extra for not having enough.

NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE STOP FILLING THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS...
Picked up my son’s inhaler this morning.
One small tube.
$142.
I pay $520 a month for health insurance.
That’s $6,240 a year before my family gets a single dollar of help.
Then I actually use it, and they tell me the deductible hasn’t been met yet.
So I’m paying for insurance and paying full price for everything.
At what point does it stop being insurance and start being a subscription?
WELCOME TO THE END GAME.
Billionaire advisors have spent the last year pushing to privatize the USPS, sell off its real estate, and hand mail delivery to private carriers.
Wells Fargo already published the roadmap.
Rural America the people this would hurt most doesn't seem to be part of the conversation.
This is what happens when billionaires start deciding how basic public services should work.
A government of billionaires, by billionaires, and for billionaires.

Talked to a woman last week making $19 an hour as a dental hygienist assistant.
Certification only, no degree, four years in.
Comes out to $760 a week before taxes.
About $3,290 a month.
After taxes and health insurance she's actually taking home around $2,600.
Rent alone is $1,500.
Leaves her $1,100 to cover everything else her entire life needs.
Car, gas, groceries, insurance, and whatever breaks that month.
$19 an hour used to mean you could get by just fine.
Right now it just means you're one flat tire away from a missed rent payment.
