Reverse shoulders are challenging to do in small or worn Glenoids. MDT, 3D planning and navigation (when in doubt) are a must in complex scenario. I don’t think I am not brave enough to do one without planning.

I have to say @MKHospital is the hospital to work at. They’ve installed 24 new electric charging points, with another 60+ planned. They provide free parking for staff, and now allow staff to charge for free. Thank You @JoeHMK
