Massive well done to our Year 6 Hockey team who made it through to a finals event after qualifying tonight! Amazing effort to say we’ve not done a lot of Hockey before! And to top it off we didn’t lose a game! 🏑 🙌🏻 @LakesideYork
These girls were on fire tonight 🔥 A great game for the neutrals with goals galore during the match! Thanks to Mr Hardcastle and @DringhousesPS for hosting 🤝🏻 #thisgirlcan #futurelionesses @LakesideYork @Lionesses
Great fun in PE this morning with the Leopards! A real life version of the board game ‘Buckaroo’. We had to see how much equipment we could balance on each other! @LakesideYork
Such an underrated piece of equipment! Loved doing this today 🪂
Today, Team Turtles played parachute games as a reward from the HERO attendance Monopoly #HereEverydayReadyOntime
Loved teaching this! Even better when the kids are all on board with it and get stuck in! 🤩
Team Orangutans had a great PE lesson on Monday. They have been learning all about the Haka and even performed their own version! #lakepe
These women have changed the game ⚽️ 🙌🏻 #Lionesses
We managed to dodge the rain! Congratulations to the Blue team who managed to come out on top this year! 🏆 Well done to all of KS2 who took part this morning and thank you to all of the parents for your support! What a fantastic morning! 👏🏻 @LakesideYork
Unbelievable effort from these girls today especially in the heat ☀️ they were outstanding from start to finish and each and every one of them performed brilliant. To get beat in the final on penalties isn’t a nice way to lose but I couldn’t be prouder of them 🙌🏻 @LakesideYork
Big thanks to Kev from @NorthYorksSport for organising the event and all the team from @YCFCFoundation for hosting. Enjoyable day as always 🙌🏻☀️⚽️
I only did one night but what an experience that was with these legends. From the ones that haven’t been away from home before to the ones that conquered their fears! Each and every one of them were superb! They’ll definitely sleep tonight! @LakesideYork @RealRobinwood

These legends were awesome tonight! They did @LakesideYork proud playing dodgeball against @BurtonG_Primary and @FOGaltres. If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball 🙌🏻
These 8 were an absolute credit to @LakesideYork tonight! Sheer enjoyment and happiness from start to finish. Each and every one of them demonstrated the 3 school virtues of Respect, Resilience and Self Belief. Outstanding! Thanks to @MrHolmesBG and @mr_robinson10 for the games!
