🎥 : My stakeholder consultations brought me to the TUC Hall today for an insightful meeting with the leadership of the Trades Union Congress (TUC).
We discussed issues that matter most to Ghanaian worker, from the cost of living and delivering a living wage, to expanding youth jobs, enhancing pensions, and ensuring disability inclusion. We also explored a vital social contract between government and labor to build economic resilience against external shocks. We agreed to follow up on specifics in subsequent meetings.

Some of us slept at the parking lots and some in the churches. The embassy even gave us blankets — South Africa Evacuees
But Chobohene says they provided hotel accommodation for the evacuees.
Infact the embassy even sacked some of the evacuees who slept at the premises of the embassy.

Evacuees are now admitting to the fact that they didn’t sleep in hotels.
Some say they never received any 5000 cedis. Others too say they never received the 500gh.
These are some of the reasons why it’s important to conduct an independent audit into the whole South Africa evacuation matter.
