The questions that need asking are: 'Does this whistleblower seem to have a traumatic childhood history? What education and career>path> did they take? Anything notable?' Why: Behavior modification is mandatory under a certain technology tradecraft umbrella. Physical, mental, and even certain environmental and circumstantial traumas that a child experiences will elicit what is called dissociation. There is a spectrum of severity and extreme cases actually interrupt the integration of the brain as it is forming and cause splintering of the psyche. The degree of dissociation a child exhibits is identified through many processes, including questions aptly embedded into standardized testing that everyone goes through in school, and then especially on the way to and in the military. It is all a funnel. Suitable people get selected and routed accordingly. The splintered psyche is mapped with fMRI and the condition is then expounded upon with ECT and TMS to isolate neural pathways and develop neural networks. This - behavior modification - process is mandatory in certain sectors with sensitive-classified information and materials, period. Further technology tradecraft is applied to encourage 'silence' and compliance. Operational personnel are painstakingly conditioned and may regularly receive 'special debriefs' with electronic dissolution of memory (EDOM) closeout.
