Easily the most star-studded panel of #TIFF50: the cast of Toronto’s Godspell, reuniting on stage of the Royal Alexandra Theatre 53 years later, premiering YOU HAD TO BE THERE, a new doc about the legacy of the production and its stars.
Opening night for #TIFF50! Love Cameron Bailey’s words at the Princess of Wales: “Every year, the Toronto audience keeps evolving and injecting new spirit into the festival.”
Also, dir. Colin Hanks and producer @VancityReynolds and THE CANDY FAMILY are here! (Check out that suit!)
Been getting a lot of #Oscars questions today. Need help with predictions or your ballot/pool/contest? I’ve published my full predictions and analysis on @NewsInOakville! Go read it on the website! 🤩

The CEO Of Canada Post makes more than a letter carrier makes in a lifetime - in 12 months. If Canada Post came up with a fair offer the strike would be over #SupportPostalWorkers

If Trump becomes president again, after all we know ,and you supported his campaign you will have participated in the end of American democracy.
You will not be rewarded by your leader beyond a rush you might seek for upending civility.
You aren't part of his plan.
He is the entirety of his plan and the future will belong to him.
Not you.
You won't get a thank you or a knowing nod.
He will allow you to buy trinkets with his image and name emblazoned.
Trump is a despicable example of human kind.
Devoid of compassion.
Devoid of any respect for knowledge and education.
Trump is the fully realized Id.
He will have no guardians , no guard rails and no shame.
He cannot tell the difference between what he is and what he wants.
There is none when you analyze the situation.
He flunks Descarte's building block syllogism automatically.
He can't think so no therefore.
Ego driven rage and revenge.
If you're inclined to assist him please rethink your reasons.

Laughs and lessons abound in #InsideOut2, the latest from #Pixar. It's the can't miss, moody movie of the summer for all ages. Full story is with @NewsInOakville!

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence's chemistry in @BadBoys: Ride or Die make this a great (if loose) summer action caper. Review with @NewsInOakville!
