We just had the best EVER flight crew on @SpiritAirlines flight MK133 from IAH to MCO! When they heard my son, Caleb, wanted to be a pilot they indulged all of his crazy questions and set up a meeting with the captain. Thank you so much for encouraging his dreams, Spirit!

Had a great day at #CFISDRRR…loved the keynote speaker @shawnachor, as well as Dr. Eric Cupp, Mary Smith and TWO sessions with @Joe_Sanfelippo. So thankful to @CyFairISD for providing this conference so I can grow with my @cfisdmcgown peeps! @TeacherThomas12

The Elem Choir sings about the privilege of being an American. As state elected leaders shamelessly attack public school teachers, they still show up and care for ALL students. If you’re an elected leader and you are silent, as teachers are attacked, you’re complicit.

Feeling inspired at the CFISD new staff orientation listening to Dr. Henry apeak on the importance of what we do. He said: The local school district is the glue that holds the community together. It is the backbone of democracy. 👏

Doing what's good for the soul and that's spending time with by best friend and husband. We make time for one date night every week! @cfisdmcgown and #summerisahoot
Annabelle found these tiny Uno cards at a gift shop on vacation so of course we bought them and had an impromptu "game night"! @cfisdmcgown and #summerisahoot
Just add water! While on vacay in DC we we hopped over to the Naval Academy for a tour, saw the Navy pool (Caleb loved that!), and then took a boat cruise around the Annapolis Harbor. @cfisdmcgown and #summerisahoot
Loving on my family and catching up with my twin brother, who was in town for business. (He would probably want me to say he normally doesn't have a mustache. He was being funny with some friends!) @cfisdmcgown and #summerisahoot
