ADHD IN WOMEN: Just some advice 🤌🏻 1. Feeling everything at volume 10 2. Talking fast and getting told to slow down 3. Starting 10 things at once 4. Being "too sensitive" about tone 5. Masking all day, then crashing at night 6. Overthinking the smallest interactions for HOURS 7. Feeling rejection or criticism so intensely it physically hurts 8. Having a million ideas but struggling to act on any of them 9. Feeling exhausted but somehow unable to relax 10.
