I posted this on Joes page because I know there are some who don’t follow me. Rest easy my love, you will be so missed. 🩷
Hello everyone, this is Katie @Mrs_Stylo53, Joe's wife. Stylo passed away last night. He went very peacefully, in no pain, and he was holding my hand. I wanted to thank everyone who responded to his last post, those who have reached out to me, and everyone who has donated to
I’ll be at EVO on Saturday around 10am by KI more than likely if anyone wants to stop by and say hi. Thank you so much Menzo and @LeagueNevada Hieu you don’t know how much this means to me. If ya see me, gimme a holler. I miss every single one of y’all. 🩵
152 days. 5 months. And your birthday is in 4 days. Some days are harder than others. We should be planning your big 36th birthday party for next weekend. @LVStylo53 you are so so missed and I love you so much.
Lmao Joe loved this video. He would say literally all the time “Who do you think you are? I am”. That sentence was so ingrained in my daily life for so ling, I won’t ever forget how he would say it. God he was so funny
Pete Weber was not trying to go viral when he won the 2012 PBA U.S. Open. All he wanted to do was to show up a 12-to-14 year old who jeered against him "a little too loudly" for his liking.
When he put up a strike on his final shot, he meant to tell the fan "Who do you think you are f---ing with me in my house? This is my tournament."
Except he had the greatest slip-up of all-time, and it became the most infamous celebratory quote in sports history:
"Who do you think you are? I am."
No words for how much this meant to me. To know he was showing up in top 8 for GranBlue one last time, yeah that hit different. Thank you to @TampaNeverSleep for the kind words on stream, @AgentUno_ for putting it together, & everyone for all the retweets. He was proud today.💙
93 days without my best friend. So much has happened, so much I wish I could sit down and tell him. I keep forgetting he’s gone and go to his game room to tell him some tea and then I see his urn in the living room and remember. He’s with me, I know that.
I just wish he was here. I miss his amazing hugs and the sound of his laughter. The way he said I love you and you just knew in your bones he really did. I miss hearing streams and discord and his games and hearing “I teched” every 5 minutes. I miss @LVStylo53. A lot.
65 days since Joe passed and it’s our 5 year anniversary today. 5 years ago today I met Joe and knew instantly this was my guy. 3 weeks later, engaged and planning our future. Today is hard, real hard. The first of many anniversaries birthdays, holidays, without him. 💔
41 days 2 hours. Doesn’t get any easier. I thought it would be easier than this. Grief is so weird it hits you out of nowhere and physically hurts. I miss you Joe. You’re my favorite my best friend. I hope you hear me talking to you all the time. I love you 💔
So this happened today. I was on the way to get Joes death certificates and got absolutely creamed by an Amazon truck. Car totaled. My dad just had all this stuff done to this car that we had been putting off for too long. FML this month blows.
21 days, 3 hours, 15 minutes. I miss you so much. I feel you around me all the time, but I wish you were here. I’m doing my best but this shit is so hard. I love you, you are my favorite, I miss you.
7 days without him. I miss him. A lot. Hold your loved ones close. There’s never enough time with them. I wouldn’t wish being widowed at 29 on anyone. He really was my favorite. 💔
The man handling my husbands case and in charge of his remains knows him from the FGC. He said when he first came into the scene years ago, Joe sat with him and taught him some things in Tekken and Joe told him he really doesn’t play that game but he’ll teach him what he knew.
I was speaking to the funeral home director that is handling Joe’s case, and he said “I kept looking at his name going that looks so familiar so I looked him up on start.gg and I realized, is your husband @LVStylo53 “ I broke down.
What a night that was. I’m so glad he was there and felt good enough to play and see all his friends. I’ll never ever forget that night.
A few people have reached out about the GoFundMe link so I figured I would post it here for y’all. Thank you all for all the donations, it helps so much. gofund.me/e2f482d6 I’ve been off week for over a week now to spend as much time as I can with him,
