In February we talked a lot about families, including our classroom family. Our Ss drew a picture of themselves, cut them out independently and glued them on our poster board! They also had fun using water colour paint to paint the background of the poster board! @HCDSB_k

We had so much making snow volcanoes yesterday! Our students made predictions on what they thought would happen when we mixed baking soda and vinegar together ❄️ 🌋 @HCDSB_k

This week we went on a shape hunt through the school to find circles and squares. It’s safe to say we found more circles then squares on our shape hunt! 🟡🟧 #hcdsbk @stanne_school

This week, our Ss practiced their letter recognition by exploring the keyboards. They were invited to choose a spring word card and locate/ identify the letters on the keyboards. #hcdsbk @stanne_school

Our Ss loved exploring the sand pit this week. They focused on making cakes and cupcakes using the sand tools and natural items around the playground! 🎂🧁 #hcdsbk @stanne_school
