$400K home needs $80,000 down payment and roughly $2400 monthly payment. That means a take home salary of roughly $10k/month. Who makes $150k a year just "starting out"? Starter homes should be affordable on the median income ($32k individual/$75k family in Utah). So <= $200k.

During the 2023 Utah Legislative Session, 268 education bill were introduced. Of the 268 bills introduced, 164 bills passed (61%). The 164 bills created 39 new USBE rules, 10 new programs, and 9 new LEA reports. This is not sustainable. #USSA
