39-year-old Tammie Joe Chipman disappeared from Tuskegee in March 2001.
She was last seen leaving her residence in the evening hours, wearing a green jumpsuit with light green sleeves and white sneakers. Tammie was never seen again.
In long-term missing person cases, time can dim memories, but any memories may help a case, especially for those with so little known about them.
Cases like Tammie Jo's often tend to fade without answers - they get little to no attention, and investigations run dry. We need your help to keep a light on Tammy Jo's case, and other unsolved cases like hers, and keep them from fading into the shadows.
Someone may remember seeing Tammie that evening, noticing a vehicle nearby, or hearing conversations afterward that seemed unimportant at the time. You may not even have realized until you saw this or another post that she was missing, but may have had a conversation or interaction with her.
For the people who love and miss her, the questions have lasted more than 25 years already.
If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Tammie Joe Chipman, contact the Tuskegee Police Department at 334-727-0200.

On April 6, 2017, Trista Marie Yelding was reported missing after her family had not seen or heard from her for weeks.
The last known account from missing person sites placed her walking through a wooded area behind her home in Theodore. The account from her friend to her sister says she was running into the woods, experiencing a panic attack. After that, there were no confirmed sightings.
Trista was 24 years old, standing 5โ0โ and weighing around 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She may have been wearing a pink hat, a blue Baldwin County shirt, and black pants.

In August 1982, 52-year-old Robert Jeff Chunn disappeared from the Huntsville area and has never been located.
At the time of his disappearance, Robert was described as having a scar on his chest, a scar on his left arm, and a medical pin below his left elbow.
Despite the passage of more than four decades, little is publicly known about the circumstances surrounding his disappearance. We haven't even been able to locate a picture to share.
Investigators continue to seek information that could help determine what happened to Robert and where he may have gone. Even after all these years, someone may still hold the missing piece of Robert's story.

๐๐๐๐๐๐๐: Timothy Oneal โT.O.โ Campbell
Timothy Oneal Campbell, or โT.O.,โ was only 28 years old when he went out around 10:30 am on October 24th, 2024, to enjoy riding a 4x4 in the woods behind his home on Wade Road in Phil Campbell, Alabama - a carefree activity before heading to work in the late afternoon.
At 28, he should have had his whole life ahead of him, yet he didnโt.
Timothy was seen at 11:18 am on a neighbor's surveillance video riding a red Kawasaki 225 four-wheeler a short distance from his home (roughly estimated at only around 100 feet away). His brother came home to pick him up in the afternoon, only to find him missing. By that evening, authorities were called to report him missing.
During searches, a pair of glasses was found on one of the trails he frequently rode, with blood on them. His father also later discovered a large bloodstain; samples from both were confirmed with forensics to be Timothy's.
Interviews and Social media posts with Timothyโs family make it clear they know who took Timothy from them. However, the Franklin Co. Sheriff's Office has stated they donโt have enough to make an arrest.
Timothyโs family is anxious for resolution and to bring Timothy home. It has been nearly 2 years. Timothy and his family need your help to be brave, come forward, and stand firm with any information you might have to help provide strong evidence that canโt be disputed or found insufficient to make an arrest.
If you have information, please contact the Franklin County Sheriffโs Office at 256-332-8820 or franklinsheriff.org/crime-tiโฆ, your local CrimeStoppers, or Alabama Cold Case Advocacy at [email protected].

Each card in the deck will display a victimโs photograph alongside a summary of their case. The cards will be distributed directly to inmates in the hope that constant exposure to these faces will spark a conversation or trigger a long-forgotten detail.
โWhenever the inmates play cards, they see the picture and the info on the bottom of the card,โ Lt. What if the right case landed in the right hands at exactly the right time?
Alabama Cold Case Advocacy is raising $10,000 to bring our Cold Case Playing Card Initiative to life โ professionally producing durable playing cards featuring real missing persons, unsolved homicides, and other unresolved cases from across Alabama.
These cards are being created with a purpose far beyond the game.
By placing them inside correctional facilities, we can put names, faces, circumstances, and tip information directly in front of incarcerated individuals who may remember something, recognize someone, or know a detail investigators have never received.
Sometimes a case doesnโt need someone to know everything.
It just needs **one person to know one thing.**
Your contribution helps us turn this project from a design on a screen into actual decks that can be placed into circulation and used again and again.
**Help us fund the cards. Help us put these cases in the right hands. Help us create another opportunity for a lead to surface.**
๐ท Scan the QR code on the graphic to contribute or text DECK to 53-555.
Every share helps, too. Someone in your circle may be the person who helps us get these cards where they need to go.

On a December 18th, 2013, 25-year-old Jefferson "Ryles" Chapman disappeared from his parentsโ property in the Bocage Subdivision, Dothan, Alabama in Houston County.
Ryles had been staying in his parents' pool house as heโd been struggling with a prescription medication addiction and was to be undergoing rehabilitation. On the evening of December 18, 2013, his father returned home and noticed an unfamiliar vehicle parked behind Ryles's car and went to see who was there. After attempting to speak with his son through locked doors, Ryles suddenly ran from the house wearing only a pair of shorts.
A friend stated they saw him running, in the same barely clothed state about 30 minutes later near the entrance of the subdivision. And, though it was a comfortable 70 degree day in December, the temperatures were down near 40 degrees by nightfall.
In 2014, there was an unsubstantiated sighting at Club La Vela in Panama City Beach, Florida, where the witness stated he asked her not to tell his parents.
Rylesโ mysterious disappearance has left his family, including his daughter who is now going into high school, confused and desperately searching for answers going on 13 years this winter. In June, they just celebrated Ryles' 38th birthday without him.

Curtis Bighem, from Enterprise, Alabama, was also known to friends and family as โBowdy.โ In November 2024, he had made the difficult decision to voluntarily enter an alcohol treatment program in York, AL, in Sumpter County.
But less than 24 hours after arriving at Hill Hospital in York, on November 15, 2024, he disappeared sometime after stepping outside for a cigarette before morning breakfast, leaving all his possessions behind. He had no known ties to the western Alabama area and no transportation. His family has been looking for him ever since. Jennifer Warren
His family isnโt convinced Curtis left the hospital. And if he did, of his own volition or not, the likelihood of seizures and other possible complications that come with withdrawals coupled with his own personal history of seizures, could have placed him in grave danger.
Do you remember seeing Curtis โBowdyโ Bighem at or near Hill Hospital in York, Alabama on or around November 15, 2024? Maybe you worked at Hill Hospital then and have some possible insight. (*reposted for age correction)
Latoya Brown, known also as โToyaโ was a 21-year-old black woman who disappeared from Tuscaloosa, Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, on April 26, 2011. She would be 36 years old this year.
Latoya was last seen by her mother at their home before saying she was going to get food with a friend. Later that same day she was also seen with her aunt at a nail salon before receiving money and leaving with another individual. Her cellphone last pinged around 5:30 p.m. near the Rosedale Apartments in the Rosedale Court area.
As fate would have it, the following day, a devastating tornado struck Tuscaloosa, including the area of the shopping center she had planned to visit. Latoya is one of only a few who were never located.
However, her family does not believe she died in the tornado and investigators later learned she worked as a private dancer, sometimes traveled out of town for work without her family's knowledge.
We make no judgement about her choice; we mention this as a part of her victim profile and that it could increase her exposure to unpredictable circumstances and danger.
Latoya had the name "Toya" tattooed on her lower back, angel wings tattooed on the back of her neck, and a Virgo astrological symbol tattooed on the top of her left foot.
If you have any information, itโs never too late to come forward. Please call the Northport Police Department at 205-339-6600.

On a sunny summer morning in June of 2010, a perfect day to peruse a flea market, 17-year-old Tarasha Benjamin left her home in Selma in her friend's borrowed SUV, planning to planning to do just that.
That simple plan for her day went awry.
Her friend's vehicle was later discovered abandoned on the Cecil Jackson Bypass with broken windows, damage to the driverโs side, and signs that it had been searched through. Tarasha and her cell phone were gone.
