📣 Big news! Peel District School Board is getting ready to launch the third #CountMeInPeel Student Census this fall. 📊 This confidential survey will help us better understand our students—their identities, experiences, and needs—so we can create more inclusive, supportive schools for all. 💙 When students are seen, heard, and valued, they thrive. By sharing information about their unique identities and experiences, students help us make programs stronger, schools more inclusive, and ensure every learner feels supported. 💫 👉 Learn more: peelschools.org/2025StudentC… #CountMeInPeel

Today on Canada Day, we recognize and celebrate the diversity, strength, and spirit that shape our nation. As we gather in celebration, we also reflect on the truths of our shared history. We acknowledge that we are on the traditional lands of Indigenous peoples, who have cared for these territories since time immemorial. May today be an opportunity to celebrate, reflect, and continue working toward reconciliation, respect, and unity.

Today, we honour and celebrate the rich cultures, histories, and contributions of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis Peoples across Turtle Island. PDSB is committed to truth, reconciliation, and building respectful relationships with Indigenous communities. This is also an opportunity to recognize the truths of the past, including the ongoing impacts of colonization, and to work collectively toward a more just and inclusive future rooted in respect for Indigenous sovereignty, self-determination, and nation-to-nation relationships.

Peel District School Board recognizes May as Polish Heritage Month and the significant contributions and achievements of Polish Canadians and communities throughout the world.
