Millennial management is basically, “I trust you. I support you. I believe in you. PLEASE don’t make me have to start documenting shit.” 😂

There is a line that should never be crossed. When someone knows you're battling illness, staring down loss. Drowning in crisis, or walking through the darkest season of your life and they still choose to mistreat you; that's not ignorance. That's the intention. Cruelty during your most fragile moments isn't a mistake: it's a decision. And when a person can hurt you while fully aware of how broken or vulnerable you feel, that's more than toxic behavior. That's the absence of empathy. Protect your heart from people who show you who they truly are when you need compassion the most.

So many people are quietly praying for money, a job, healing, a peaceful home, or just one piece of good news. Lord, remember them today, and let this be the week they hear yes.

It's really amazing how referrals work. You're just somewhere doing your thing and someone is speaking in your favour elsewhere. Special thanks to everyone mentioning our names in rooms of opportunities.
Most of the time, no one checks on them. And I mean actually checking on them. People go to them with their problems, they'll still listen, let you vent, encourage you, help when they can, but deep down they're drowning in their own struggles. They can't talk to anyone coz as I said, no one really sees them. Functional depression is a thing.
