Last night’s game was also the 300th game coached by Steve Ryan at Morningside, and it was the 250th win of his career.
He’s the 34th coach in the history of four-year college football to win 250 games.
Final: #7 @MsideFootball 35
#3 Benedictine 28
For the first time since 2023, Morningside starts the season 1-0. An impressive debut for Colin Gordon as he goes 17-25 for 289 yards and four touchdowns. He also ran for 79 yards and a TD as well.
What a way to open up the season!
Wanna relive last night? We’ve got you covered.
Check out the Mustang Rewind (including play-by-play from @DanielVSPxP) and Postgame Report from @msidefootball’s 35-28 season-opening win over No. 3 Benedictine.
